Aurella Return & Exchange Policy

At Aurella, we’re committed to ensuring you’re happy with your purchase. While refunds are not permitted, we provide the option to exchange your item or receive a credit voucher with your items’ purchase value. Earrings | Engraved cannot be returned or exchanged.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging in its new condition.

How to Exchange:

-          Contact us on WhatsApp +201043019499 within 2 days of receiving your order. 

-         Exchange includes ONLY the item WITHOUT package

-           we do not currently accept returns or exchanges by mail.
